Hi, I’m Doug Ringwald, Coaching The Body® Master Practitioner and I’m excited to be joining the Fit to Live team!
I specialize in helping people eliminate pain and unlock better performance by treating the hidden neuromuscular causes of pain that most therapies miss.
Instead of chasing symptoms, I use advanced bodywork and movement techniques to release the muscle patterns that keep pain stuck. My goal is simple: help you feel better, move better, and get stronger in everything you do.
I moved to Colorado in 2020 with my wife and son after a decade of clinical practice and teaching at Coaching The Body® Institute in Chicago—and we absolutely love the mountains!

Greetings Fit To Live Family, my name is Joel Ragsdale, I was born and raised in Centennial where I attended Cherry Creek High School. My early passion for health and playing football lead me to the University of Hawaii where I studied Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science and played fullback for the Warriors. Numerous injuries cut my career short from pursuing professional levels but allowed me to jump straight into Personal Training. While spending time healing from years of football I discovered and experienced powerful techniques in sports rehab which motivated me to to get certified in the very therapies that helped heal my own body. Over the last decade living back home, I've collected the nation's top certifications in training and body work. I am one of very few in the state to earn the Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapy. I enjoy working with anyone who desires to improve their body and pursue the best version of themselves. One of my favorite aspects of my work is seeing clients from every age and all walks of life which allows me to experience a broad spectrum of the human body. When I am not working you can find me outside and on the move with my wife and two Mini Australian Sheppards finding adventures. I like skiing, mountain biking, scuba diving, relaxing in hot springs, seeing national parks, and yes, even working on my humble golf swing! I hope offering Fascial Stretch Therapy to the gym opens some minds to the possibilities one can obtain in addressing injuries, gaining flexibility, and moving freely.
I'll likely be found in the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays. You can reach out directly to me on these contacts below to schedule Stretch Sessions.
