WHAT WE DO
We are coming to Greenwood Village with the purpose of giving people the personalized experience they deserve. We offer both group training and 1-on-1 training. We have brought in equipment that you will not find at any other facility in Colorado. Everything we do can be turned into a full body strength workout when the workout calls for it. With the partnerships we have made and will support in-house, we are confident you won't have to leave the building to get the pre and post care you need to support all the hard work you put in during your workout. You won't find another place like ours, that's a fact.
WHO WE ARE
My name is Brian Brenzel. I created Fit To Live in 2015 and it transitioned into Fit To Live Wellness in 2023. My vision has always been to create a place where everyone who walks in the door feels like they are important and seen for who they are and what they need. Fit To Live was initially created to provide a personalized workout that each person deserves. Fit To Live Wellness has been created to provide that same personalized experience and life they deserve through physical wellness in multiple capacities. With the partnerships we've created, I am confident that you will have everything you need to build your health and wellness lifestyle within the walls at Fit To Live Wellness.
COMMUNITY MATTERS
Community. This is the one word that describes everything we stand for. If you are a member of our community you have a family forever. My biggest passion has always been to build a community centered around health and wellness where everyone treats each other with respect and genuinely enjoys each other. I have built a strong community since 2015 and I look forward to expanding as we grow into this new space at Fit To Live Wellness with those who values health and fitness as much as we do.
