I'm Brian Brenzel, founder of Fit To Live, established in 2015, which evolved into Fit To Live Wellness in 2023. My vision has always been to create a space where everyone feels valued and supported in their unique needs. Fit To Live started as a place for personalized workouts, and Fit To Live Wellness now offers a broader approach to physical wellness. With our partnerships, I’m confident you'll have everything you need to build your health and wellness lifestyle right here at Fit To Live Wellness

We're bringing a personalized fitness experience to Greenwood Village with both group and 1-on-1 training. Our unique equipment is exclusive to Colorado, and every workout can be adapted into a full-body strength session. With in-house partnerships for pre and post-care, we ensure you have everything needed to support your fitness goals. You won’t find another facility like ours.
